Design your room online
Use the 3D configurator to choose size, structure, cladding, doors and windows. The price updates as you go. Save the design to your account or share it with a code.

Request a quotation
Add your contact details and delivery postcode. We email you a reference straight away and one of the team calls within 48 hours to talk through options, foundations and delivery.

Secure your build slot
A £1,000 deposit confirms your order and books your slot in the factory. We send the balance invoice before dispatch.

We manufacture your kit
Panels are cut and assembled at our factory in Newtown, Mid Wales. Most kits are ready to dispatch within three weeks.

Delivery to your door
Our team or trusted partners deliver UK-wide. Offload is included with Signature SIPs kits. Track the date from your account.

Build it in a weekend
Everything arrives flat-packed with fixings and a step-by-step guide. Most customers finish the shell in three days, then fit the interior at their own pace.
